How to place an order

Step 1 : The initial query or consultation helps us to understand you as an individual and what you are looking for in your favours. It is an opportunity to share ideas and for us to get a general sense of your budget in order for us to create something that reflects you as a person.

Step 2 : When you decide on a Favour, we will make up a sample presentation for your approval. Changes can be made at this change.

Step 3 : A quotation will be sent to you and once approved, we require the payment in full for us to proceed further.

Step 4 : You may cancel your order within 24 hours of acceptance and you will be refunded in full. Please note, no late cancellations will be accepted as we begin production of most orders immediately upon receipt.

Step 5 : As our gift box favours are personalised, we require at least 6-8 weeks to process and deliver the order. Should you require an order urgently, please let us know and will do our best to assist you.

 

Our Policy

  • We strive to please you and to help create a Favour that will add to your special day, one your guests will remember for years to come.
  • Our Gift Favour Boxes are custom made and personalised especially  for you.
  • We therefore cannot accept return of boxes and confections.
  • Whilst we make every effort in supplying and packaging your order with personal care, despite our continuous efforts, damages can occur.
  • Please inspect your boxes before accepting when delivered or collected.
